Note:  The equipment examples shown below are for illustration only that are typically used by our suppliers and vendors who provide specialty converting services and finished products to Flexfab Converting LLC.   This is not an exhaustive list of available services and equipment used to produce the finished products we sell and distribute.  

 

Warranty, Limited Remedy, and Disclaimer:  FLEXFAB CONVERTING LLC AND OUR SUPPLIERS MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS, OR PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR ANY PRODUCT REGARDLESS OF ITS INTENDED END USE OR PURPOSE, USAGE, OR TRADE.  If a product is proven to be out of specification or tolerance at the time of receipt, and in their original unused condition and packaging as received, the sole and exclusive remedy is, at Flexfab Converting LLC's option, replacement of the product.   All sales are final.  No refunds given.   

 

Limitation of Liability: Except for the limited remedy stated above, and except to the extent prohibited by law, Flexfab Converting LLC and its Suppliers will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or related to any and all products purchased, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential (including, but not limited to, lost profits or business opportunity), regardless of the legal or equitable theory asserted, including, but not limited to, warranty, contract, negligence, or strict liability.   

Custom Laminating

Lamination services for of a wide variety of disimilar materials primarily using pressure-sensitive cold mount adhesives.  Laminatiing roll-to-roll and roll-to-sheet including sheeting, scoring, and slitting.   Heat bond laminating for fabric to foam, seam tape and urethane bonding services also available.  

Die Cutting & Printing

Precision Rotary and Flat Bed Die Cutting, Printing, Stamping, CNC services for a wide variety of materials in roll or sheet form.   In-line registration, island placement and multi-layer stack ups.  Bi-level Flatbed precision die-cutting of pads and sheets with kiss-cut pressure sensitive shapes in both single and double coated options. Digital Printed Materials including hang tags and various media materials are custom made to your specification.

Slitting & Logging

Precision Rewind Slitting, Lever Slitting & Logging services up to 5,000 lb. max. weight capacity for a wide variety of materials.  Logging & Slitting for lighter weight materials on 1" paper or plastic cores.   Tight tolerance slitting services available.  Toll converting services using customer supplied material (subject to Flexfab Terms & Conditions stated on formal quote).
